By booking or receiving services from AGK HVAC Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide HVAC services including AC repair, maintenance, installation, gas refilling, deep cleaning, duct cleaning and heating system repair in Dubai. Service availability, scope and duration are quoted at the time of booking.
Fees are quoted before work begins and may be revised if additional work or parts are required after diagnosis, subject to customer approval. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We provide a reasonable workmanship warranty on completed repairs. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply separately. We do not warrant against faults caused by misuse, unrelated failures or third-party modifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGK HVAC Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Customers may cancel a scheduled appointment before technicians are dispatched at no charge. Cancellations after dispatch or after work has commenced may incur a call-out or partial-completion charge.
